Stephanie Ellis brings a local’s perspective to her work with Compass, having grown up on Philadelphia’s Main Line in addition to over a decade of experience in real estate. Boasting an extensive knowledge of the City Market, Stephanie is well-versed in all aspects of the buying and selling process, including new construction, development, and resale. Thanks to years of working closely with someone of the city’s highest-producing agents, she is also especially discrete when it comes to negotiating on behalf of high net-worth clients and dealing with high-end properties.

Clients are often quick to compliment her strong work ethic, shaped in part by her formative years as a D1 lacrosse player at Penn State University. She always tries to go the extra mile to make her clients happy and reach the best deal possible, whether they’re upgrading, downsizing, or buying for the first time. A natural people person and avid runner with five marathons under her belt, in her free time she enjoys running, working out, and volunteering with the Jewish Federation of Philadelphia.
